My work was selected for The Fresh Eyes Book 2019 and was launched at Art Basel and Paris Photo.
Eight of my images were chosen for The Photographers Gallery Patrons Instagram takeover in April 2020.
I gave a talk about my practice to third year BA Printmaking students at the University of Brighton. After the talk it was great to meet the students and have informal crits where they spoke about their final projects.
My image 'Cheesy Chips' was selected for the exhibition 'Postcards from Great Britain' and will shown in Haarlem in the Netherlands from 5th March - 2nd April. The exhibition will be touring Europe and also be collated into a collection catalogue which will form a powerful social archive and will be housed in libraries and archives around the world.
I have an essay in months Photomonitor which accompanies my series 'Dont come looking for me'. This series in featured in the Gup Fresh Eyes 2019 book and in Uncertain States edition X. The zine is available to buy in The Photographers Gallery London bookshop and The Library Project in Dublin.
Two of my images from the series - 'I destroyed the one I loved' - (I enjoyed it more than I could have imagined) were selected for the group show 'Identity in Print' which will be shown at UAL Central Saint Martins from 10th -24th February 2020.
This series was influenced by the statue of Cupid and Pyche by Cayot at The Wallace Collection and the book Madame Bovary by Flaubert. The images are screen prints with text.
One of my images - a direct image transfer was selected by Dr Lucy Soutter for the Photofusion Salon 19. The exhibtion runs from 5th December until 23rd January 2020.
